• Account ownership: Your 8s88 account is personal to you. It may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

8s88 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of payment methods commonly used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following rules govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the 8s88 system. 8s88 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a system error, a manifest pricing error, or an event that had already concluded at the time the bet was placed.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technical component of the Service.
• Use 8s88's trade marks, logos, or brand assets in any context not expressly authorised by the Company.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform in bulk using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of 8s88's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability. 8s88 actively monitors for unauthorised use of its brand and content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8s88's total liability to you in connection with the Service — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8s88 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8s88 expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business, contracts, or commercial opportunity.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss of any kind.
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate or incomplete odds data, match statistics, or live score information displayed on the platform.
• Losses arising from the interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service due to technical failures, maintenance, cyberattacks, or force majeure events beyond 8s88's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude 8s88's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
